Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have. AppByFriday ("we", "us") is a brand of Neda Digital Group LLC. You can reach us at hello@appbyfriday.com.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, email, phone number, and the details of your app idea and change requests.
• Account and billing: your plan, payment history and agreement records (date, time, IP address and policy version). Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited. If enabled, the Meta Pixel helps us measure our ads.
• Your app's data: data your app's users create is stored on your behalf to run your app.

How we use it

• To review your application, build your preview and app, and keep it running
• To bill you and send receipts, updates and service messages (by email, and by text if you opt in)
• To provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
• To improve our service and measure our marketing

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run AppByFriday, under contracts that protect it: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend and Google (email), Twilio (text messages), Meta (ad measurement), and AI providers such as Anthropic, which help us write and update app code based on your requests. We may also share information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years). Your app's data is deleted within 90 days after your subscription ends, unless you've requested an export or the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time. Residents of California and other US states may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honour them. Email hello@appbyfriday.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Children

Our service is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We'll post updates here and email you about significant changes.
