Subscription & Cancellation Policy

The short version of how paying, renewing and cancelling work. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Weekly plan
- Today: $100 for your build and first 4 weeks.
- From week 5: $25 every week, charged automatically to your card until you cancel.
- 26-week minimum term, counted from your first payment.
Yearly plan
- $1,100 per year, paid in advance, setup included.
- Renews automatically each year until you cancel. We'll email you a reminder before it renews.
How to cancel
Sign in at appbyfriday.com/login, open your app, go to Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email us. Your app stays online until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Cancelling during the minimum term
If you cancel a weekly plan before the end of the 26-week minimum term, the weekly payments left in the minimum term are due when you cancel. Your portal shows the exact amount before you confirm.
Example: you cancel in week 10. Weeks 11 to 26 are still in the minimum term, so 16 weeks × $25 = $400 is due. After week 26 you can cancel with nothing extra to pay.
Refunds
Payments already made aren't refundable, with one exception: if the first version of your app isn't installable on your phone within 7 days of your first payment (see the delivery guarantee in our Terms), you can ask for your $100 setup fee back.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we'll email you so you can update your card in the portal. If it isn't sorted within 14 days, we may pause your app until it is.
Add-ons
- App Store + Google Play publishing: $250, one-time. Apple and Google charge their own fees.
- Data export: $99, one-time. Delivered within 10 business days.
